1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jet7 ("jet7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jet7 website located at jet7.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, payment processing, and customer support.

By registering an account on jet7, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jet7 platform and close your account.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the jet7 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jet7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jet7 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of another individual or legal entity.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, or representative of any competitor gambling platform.
• You have not previously had a jet7 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether through jet7's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party self-exclusion programme.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a jet7 employee, in a capacity that may create a conflict of interest.

jet7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register exactly one (1) account on jet7. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. jet7 reserves the right to verify this information at any time using third-party identity verification services.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, jet7 may request the following documents before processing withdrawals or granting full account access:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of mobile wallet registration or bank statement).

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a verification request may be restricted to view-only access until documentation is received and approved.

Account Currency

All jet7 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All displayed balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering requirements are expressed in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jet7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

• jet7 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.
• You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify the jet7 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• jet7 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

jet7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in the account security settings panel and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised login attempts.

5 Deposits

jet7 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jet7's sole discretion.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: ৳500,000 per transaction (higher limits may be available upon request for verified accounts).
• Daily and monthly deposit limits may be set voluntarily by the player via the Responsible Gaming settings in the account panel.

Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the jet7 account balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed mobile wallet transaction in the majority of cases. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing time.

Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. jet7 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of another player. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the corresponding account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money winnings are available to all fully verified jet7 account holders. jet7 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the conditions set out below.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• jet7 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳100,000 in a single transaction.

Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours of approval during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. jet7 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Fees

jet7 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Standard network or transaction fees applied by the receiving payment provider are the responsibility of the player.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

jet7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are issued as non-withdrawable bonus credit until the stated wagering requirement is completed in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using eligible games before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real money.
• Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering contribution (as stated in the relevant promotion terms) will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• jet7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where it believes the offer is being exploited.
• Players who attempt to abuse bonus terms through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated bonus farming with multiple accounts will have their bonuses voided and their accounts flagged for review.
• Bonus expiry: all bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus credit and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited if the requirement is not met within the stated expiry window.

8 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and event wagering activity on the jet7 platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other covered sporting events.

Bet Placement

• A bet is considered confirmed only when a unique bet reference number has been generated and displayed on screen. Bets that do not generate a reference number have not been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• jet7 reserves the right to limit maximum bet stakes on any market, for any individual account, at any time and without prior notice.

Void Bets

jet7 may void a bet in the following circumstances: an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of its scheduled start time; a manifest error in odds is identified; or an event outcome is determined to be affected by corruption, match-fixing, or other integrity violations. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.

Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and reinstatement at any time during an event. jet7 accepts no liability for bets placed during a brief suspension window caused by data feed latency. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their bet has been confirmed before assuming it is active.

9 Casino Games

jet7 offers live casino and slot games provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game rules for each title are displayed within the game interface itself and are governed by the respective software provider's rules documentation.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) observed via live video stream.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or slot game session, jet7 will use system logs to determine the state of the game at the point of disconnection. The outcome recorded in the system logs is final and binding.
• jet7 reserves the right to remove or suspend any game title from its library at any time without prior notice, including for technical maintenance, provider contractual changes, or regulatory compliance reasons.
• Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules and paytable of each game before wagering real money.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jet7 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of all account balances:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of sports or casino outcomes.
• Using the jet7 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games (including sharing hole-card information in card games).
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, including but not limited to operating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

jet7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jet7 will endeavour to complete the review and communicate an outcome within 14 business days. During a suspension, the account balance is held in trust and is neither accessible to the player nor forfeited by jet7 until the investigation is concluded.

Where an account is permanently closed due to confirmed prohibited activity, jet7 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. In all other closure scenarios (including voluntary closure), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method within 10 business days.

12 Responsible Gaming

jet7 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and controlled gambling environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gambling sessions.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jet7 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.
• Reality check notifications: Receive on-screen reminders of total session time and net profit/loss at configurable intervals.

jet7 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided, and all deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jet7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical fault, data feed error, or system outage.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any decision by jet7 to void a bet, suspend a market, or close an account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

jet7's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall limit jet7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

jet7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

jet7 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to provide platform services (for example, sharing data with payment processors or identity verification providers), to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights and safety of the platform and its users.

All personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the jet7 platform is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption. jet7 employs industry-standard security practices for data storage and access control.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jet7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the jet7 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time a specific bet is placed or a specific transaction is processed is the version that governs the rights and obligations arising from that bet or transaction.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jet7's operating jurisdiction. jet7 operates as an offshore platform and does not make any representation that the services described in this Agreement are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the jet7 platform, you should first contact the jet7 support team via live chat or at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve the dispute informally within 5 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to jet7's formal complaints procedure. A written complaint should be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint – [Account Username] – [Brief Description]". jet7 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a formal resolution within 28 days of receipt of the complete complaint.

jet7 is an offshore platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is compliant with the laws of their own jurisdiction. jet7 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.
